Report: Minister says sees mortgage falling to 8–9% in 2018
MOSCOW, Jul 13 (PRIME) – Russian mortgages can decrease to 8–9% in 2018 from the current weighted average of 11.32% of because of a low inflation, Economic Development Minister Maxim Oreshkin told channel Rossiya 24 in an interview broadcast on Thursday.
“We see that mortgage rates have got close to a 10% notch. And we expect a level of 8–9% in 2018, these are quite attainable mortgage rates,” Oreshkin said.
